1. Definitions of the Parties
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the relationship between Kavisajaa-Printers (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) and the customer (“Customer”, “you”) who engages in services provided by the Company.

2. Service Description
We provide a variety of printing services, including but not limited to printing of business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and other promotional materials. The details of the services offered are outlined on our website and can be customized based on the Customer’s requirements.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
• All prices for services are provided on our website or upon request.
• Payment is required in full before the printing process begins, unless otherwise agreed.

• All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

4. Delivery and Shipping
• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the time of year.
• Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard delivery may take up to 2 months for delivery, depending on the location and volume of orders.

5. No Returns or Cancellations After Production Begins
• Once the printing process has started, no returns, cancellations, or refunds are possible.
• Customers are encouraged to review all proofs and make any necessary revisions before approval to avoid errors.
• We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the final print if they were approved in the proof stage.

6. Defective or Damaged Products
• If the printed materials are defective or damaged upon arrival, the Customer must notify us within [7 days] of receipt.
• We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or reprint of the defective products.
• The Company will not issue refunds for defective or damaged items unless deemed appropriate under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright
• The Customer guarantees that all content (text, images, logos, etc.) provided for printing is owned by them or they have obtained the necessary permissions to use such content.
• The Company retains no rights to the intellectual property of the Customer’s submitted materials.
• Upon completion of the order, the Customer will retain ownership of the printed materials, except where the Company retains rights as stipulated in the agreement.

8. Confidentiality
• The Company will not share, sell, or disclose any personal or business information provided by the Customer without consent, except as required by law.
• Any confidential materials provided by the Customer for the printing process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

9. Complaints and Customer Support

• We will respond to all complaints and inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
• Any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall be resolved through [mediation/arbitration] before resorting to legal action.
• These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Vavuniya, Sri Lanka.

• The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
• The continued use of our services after changes have been posted will constitute acceptance of the revised T&Cs.
